Character Limits on Text Fields
We understand the importance of data quality and consistency in your reporting. That’s why we’re introducing character limits on text fields. This feature allows you to set maximum character limits, ensuring entries remain concise and within the expected parameters.
Note: Implementing character limits may affect historical data that exceeds the new thresholds. Please reach out to our support team if you would like to verify if your data might be impacted.

Improved Contact Sidebar
To improve your interaction with the platform, we have updated the contact sidebar with a cohesive color scheme that aligns with the overall VerticalChange interface.
This redesign enhances not only the aesthetics but also the functionality.
The collapsible sidebar provides an expanded view of contact details, dashboards, and forms, making it easier to navigate and access important information.
Report Builder: New Columns for Enhanced Tracking
To enhance your ability to manage and track reports, we’ve introduced two new columns in the Saved Reports section: Last Accessed By and Last Accessed Date.
These columns offer valuable insights into report usage, allowing you to see who last accessed a report and when. This information helps you understand the relevance and activity around your reports, facilitating better decision-making and resource allocation.
Note: These features are driven by permission-set, ensuring secure access management.
Efficient Field Group Branching
We are excited to share that Field Group Branching now copies over when duplicating a Form Template in Form Builder.
Previously, when duplicating a form with Field Group Branching in use, the branching would not copy over when duplicating a form template.
If you are duplicating a form with Field Group Branching in place, all you need to do is duplicate the form within Form Builder.
Any field branching will automatically carry over to your new form upon duplication.
Documents: New Updated Date Column
Keeping your documents up-to-date is essential. That is why we’ve added a new Updated At column in the Documents tab.
This column clearly shows the most recent update date, ensuring you always have access to the latest document versions, and you can see exactly when something was updated.

Contact Goals Dashboard: Improved Edit Button
We’ve improved the user interface on the Contact Goals Dashboard by giving the Edit button a new name: View/Edit.
This change makes locating the function for for viewing or editing a contact’s goal easier and more intuitive, enhancing usability and streamlining your workflow.
